I am a licensed massage therapist with education and experience in many types of physical and energetic bodywork, designed to address both the gross and subtle imbalances in the body. I am a recent graduate of NHI school for massage therapy where I received both my normal certifications as well as a certification specializing me in sports massage and recovery. I posses a passion for helping others to release restrictions in the body, find physical and energetic balance, and achieve their health and wellness goals through a variety of modalities. My goal is to empower people and help educate others on the importance of self-care and recovery so they can function at their fullest potential.
